HR started at 158, then stayed around 160-162 for a while, but then jumped up to 166 on a slight uphill. Also hit 169 while running slightly uphill at the end. Other than the high HR, it went well focusing on just HR and effort, and not seeing the pace until afterward. Also, I had very little heel pain until driving home afterward.
