Notes
This was the roughest run so far here in the midwest. I was out running by 8:30 a.m., but it was a death march the entire 6 miles. Just muggy heat and constant sweating that goes down to the socks and creates a squishy hot tub in my shoes. I saw two other guys out running, and they looked like they were suffering just as much as me.
