AM pain level was 2-3. Did some scraping on my calf and the bottom of my foot, and the pain level went to 0 for the hour pre-run. A few minutes into the run, pain level was up to 4, but it went down to 1-2 at about one mile and stayed there the rest of the way. Mostly at 1, just occasionally at 2.
