Wanted to do some hill work today but pushing the pace didn't feel all that possible. Ran a loop to hit Cricket hill 7 times with simply trying to keep pace similar on the way up - this was enough to spike the HR each round and no additional effort needed.

Feeling a bit tired/off. Right hip improved but still tight. Need to make time for 5 minutes of better glute/posterior activation pre-run.
