Notes

Double day - WFH and got a nice lull mid-day to get this in without rushing.

Lunge and band walk for WU. Squats, calves (bent and straight leg), tibs, RDL, hip thrust. Biceps, Triceps, core, forearms.

Also starting to tinker with nordic curls and laughably bad. I thought I'd built some decent hamstring/posterior strength with deadlifts/rdls, etc the last couple of years...nope!

Pretty decent lift, didn't think it would go well as legs didn't feel great on this mornings run.
