AMAZING RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went out in the speed I NEEDED TO and felt great the whole way!!!!!!!!! Probably the best run I have had in my entire career (outside of races)!!!!! Evened out the paced on the long middle miles and then took the last mile really hard and finished really hard. Gotta work those middle laps and that's what I imagined the middle miles as. Felt great the whole way and form was really good.
