Notes
Good strong start, settled into a fairly easy but up-tempo pace and held until 5k, then eased off as I was starting to feel a little strained. Slowed to a 5:15-5:20 pace for km 6-8, then was able to easily kick up into a 4:55 pace for the final 1.5k. Not a bad effort at all. Didn't really train all that hard, so quite pleased with the result.
