Notes
I havent mapped this run yet however I used my GPS one day and found out that one loop is 1.5 miles. I ran it twice. It is al off the hardball and mostly on hiking/mountain bike trails. There is some itense climbs and only a few decents.
About 2 1/4 mile I did walk for about 300 yards however I ran an extra 300 or so yards after the finish line. It was tough but I felt good and I feel good now for doing it. My weight after the run was 177.5 I have no clue what it was before the run
