Heights 5K!
Splits: 7:05, 6:49, 7:05, 0:47
1st mile: felt like I had trouble getting up to speed, pushed it but not crazy
2nd mile: felt really good and went for it
3rd mile: paid the price for aggressive 2nd mile. Held on for first half but fell apart pretty badly the second half. Too much negative self talk didn't help--need to work on mental toughness.
Very humid, maybe like 80 with 85% humidity. I was hoping to go sub 21:40 but I'll take it.
