Fairly good, more or less what I expected. I started well (which looks slow in a HS race), and ran pretty much even. I kicked hard at the end with AJ, but my calf cramped up about 30 meters from the line so I had to ease off and just cruise in.
It felt so refreshing to race, I didn't realize how much I missed it. I really feel pumped about training now. Overalll, I'd say this was a solid gauge of my fitness and a good rust buster to work out some kinks and get my body used to racing again.
Of Note: James Webb won, Greg York only got 3rd, Marshall ran 16:28, and Will Groesbeck ran 16:16 (WTF is he doped?! Damn!)
