Just a light tempo around Padden in the Altras today. Didn't get the memo that there was a group meeting at the track, so today was done solo dolo. Kinda cool that this time is about what I ran at the beginning of the year for the Padden Relays when I was racing in flats. Training #works, although this course doesn't get any easier. Psyched to go roadtrippin down to Oregon tomorrow to watch regionals this weekend. The guys and girls teams should both be in the running for a trip to nattys, but it's going to take a great race from each guy 1-7. The West region for D2 this year is absolutely filthy. It'll probably take a 1-5 average of 31:15ish to make nattys.
