2x400 at what an opening lap might look like in a 5k, 6x200 at a pretty easy pace for the first few, getting faster at the end. We took 300 jog rest between everything. The last 400 we thought was going to be a 64ish, but then Juan told us to get after it. It was really fun to get that kind of footspeed in at the end of the workout. I'm pretty sure that low 56 is a pr too lol and honestly it felt pretty smooth, just wearing flats too. Maybe I could break 2:00 in an 8 now or a 54 400 in a relay, who knows. Speed comes from strength my dudes!!!!!!!
