Notes

Short easy workout really early this morning. Workout was 2x800,2x400, and 4x200. 300 jog between 8s and 4s and 200 jog between the 2s. Just easy stuff to keep the legs moving this week. Per usual I felt pretty weird trying to do a workout after a day off. It's a weird mix of feeling both fresh and like your legs are in a coma at the same time. The day off yesterday was well worth it though. Hit a small weight session after along with some core.
