Notes

Decided to do a shorter, quicker tempo today. Goal was to go 16:00 or under for 3 miles which I got, but it didn’t feel quite as easy as I would’ve liked. My legs just didn’t seem to want to turn over very well, which makes sense considering I haven’t really done anything very fast so far this training cycle.
