Notes

10x300m hills with 100m jog back recovery in the arb. Bill has the hill marked off every 100m which makes things easier. Today was the easier effort for the week, but we still ran pretty fast. Put myself in a group with Jesse and Mac since I’m not a super strong hill runner.
