First few were over 2 hurdles, then Clay tried to kill us and throw three out there. Survived, even though Henne hesitated on one of them. Yes, you read that right. Henne hesitated. The whole workout felt smooth and easy, we hit or went faster than the prescribed pace on all of them. Sweeney always took the middle hurdle though, not mad, just gonna point that out.
