First track workout of the year. 12x400 off of 200 jog rest(80-90sec). This was a pretty easy first intro into getting back on the track. The plan was to start out at 75 and gradually work down to the upper 60s. Felt good to hit some paces from 10K down towards mile again and work out with a big group. It'll be nice to get Eric and Jadon back from being a little banged up after nats in a couple of weeks so I have a couple of guys to really push it with.
