PR, pretty happy with it with the delays and all. It's been a year since my last track pr, so it felt awesome to bust out a good one. 3:00 through the k, 4:54 mile, 6:10 2k, 9:25 3k, 10:04 2 mile, and 15:50 for the 5K. Had a bit too much left at the end, live and learn I guess. #roadtocali #roadtocobbertwilight
