Notes

Another speedy-type of workout to shape up for conference. 2 400s at a comfortable but fast pace, 200s at a fast cruising pace, and then a final 400 harder effort, not balls out though. This felt alright, legs were feeling weird after a day off per usual. Got er done though! It's always fun to get the speed rolling a bit.
