Notes

Pretty good speed workout today. Rest was 200 shuffle between everything, about 90 seconds. Goal was to start out around 3K pace(70 through 400 for the first few reps) and cut down a bit from there. I could definitely tell I've been out of the speed game for a while, but I'm still happy with what I was able to hit on the faster reps. This is going to make 5k/10k pace feel eeeeaaaassssyyyyyy.
