Ran easy 9.2 - Swan Creek bike loop 8 times, plus to/from apt. lot - after work in the near dark before BG class. Had GI troubles and had to exit the trail a couple of times for relief. Still it was a good run, although slow. Splits were 1:02, 9:35, 9:29, 9:32, 9:26, 9:34, 9:23, 8:35 (pushed this one), 9:33, and 1:14 (can the loop only be 1.125 miles long?). Saw lots of deer including Uncle Buck - a huge six pointer standing off the side of the trail about 10 feet from me as I went by. Almost didn't see him in the dark.
