ran after return trip from Guatemala; up at 3 a.m. in Antigua; bus to GT airport; flight to Houston; flight to Motown; van ride to St. Paul's; car ride home; felt pretty pumped to be back on familiar Wildwood trails after 2 weeks running in poor streets of Guatemala; run was nice and steady; ran with Nineth whio didn't sleep night before or much the previous night - she was a bit gased
