finally able to get out and run; drove to columbus at 5 a.m. and back; then ran before driving to chicago; now in Chicago hotel room at 12:30 p.m.; need to sleep; splits were 24:36 (7:15 pace) and 23:20 (6:52 pace) for two loops; 2nd loop may have been fastest yet
