started easy after sunday marathon; picked up the pace at 1 mile mark and started catching others; ran last 2 with a high-schooler and helped him push; finished strong and picked off one from my age group in last 50 yards. Anne ran the 10 and got really sick post-race, and ended up in the hospital on dialysis with acute renal failure due to myoglobinemia
