Great run - from house to end of bikepath, orange 2.5 mile loop on return, then bikepath back to home. Felt pretty good the whole way; GOO at 8 and 11 miles perked me up; cool evening felt great. Very nice run. Iris had her baby (Marcus Luke) at 6:55, or at about mile 7!
