Ran 6 loops of the 3.4 mile bike trail. Felt pretty sore and stiff from the half-marathon Sunday, but loosened up in middle laps. Ran negative split on last lap. Splits were 27:34, 27:21, 27:22, 26:47, 27:19, 25:33 - these don't include water and GU stops after each lap.
