perfect night for running. clean, clear and windless. little ramble through St Paul and back around Nokomis. stock 13-14 miler with add-on at Lake. I have seen HTFU in person and is Derek. Two people, running the same distance and speed, but my run is so much weaker. don't know if i have what Derek has yet. find out real soon.
