nice run with Derek. guessing on time, not distance. a bit quicker in the middle and moving really well for about 2 miles trying to catch two guys in front of us. they were moving faster than I thought. stomach complaining about halfway. not as much pain in knee and foot. possibly because later at night? or just because running with someone? impressed with D. 36 than a pretty hard effort. just a machine.
beautiful sky. half-moon with two planets (venus, mars?). picture perfect over a quiet, wooded river. very little wind, which is even more surprising.
