Had a PT session in the morning to work on my non-op hip. My post-op hip (right) was really guarded/ tight so he worked on that hip as well and it really helped with the stiffness I didn't even realize was there. After PT, I hiked Gordon Lyon with the kids and some friends. It was a gorgeous perfect day for it, the kind that make you never want to leave Alaska. About 2 miles out (1450 ft ascent) and 2 miles back, not very steep, so made it back without my quads hurting from the downhill.
