First 10 easy (did 1-5 and 9-22 on canal, 5-9 in Green Lakes which was a little hillier), then 10-16 start getting a little faster every 2 miles, then 16-22 MP the goal - I didn't quite hit it but came close and felt OK... left knee bothering me a little and Achillies a little achy, but decent weather and good day to run, moved this long long run up a week to be conservative...
