THis went almost as well as I had imagined, I'm super pleased. The plan was to run most of this at or under 8 min/miles. with the last 5 progressive, so I tried to knock back 5 seconds per mile on mile 13-18, then because John was doing 20 I added on 2.2 miles (albeit slow) but still had a decent overall time! Yay! Felt OK and in control of my pace, which doesn't always happen
