Work out:
4x (400, 400, 800 at 15k pace with 45 second rest after the 400s, and 90 second rest after 800)
My times:
400: 1:30-1:36, pretty close to 1:35
800: 3:10 or so (6:20 min/mi pace)
Felt pretty good - ran with Suzi (?) which made it easier
