Not a bad run tonight. I was a little pressed for time as we had to get to small group for church, so I pushed a little hard to get done tonight. I thought I would fall apart towards the end, but I never did. Stopped for water about every 2 miles or so. My legs still feel like they don't have a lot of energy, just sort of generally drained and fatigued, but not injured.
