5 Lunge Matrix before. Eccentric calf raises, 3 lunge matrix, 30 squats, hips after.

3 Strides

Focused on easy for the run and it worked. I kept my cadence up and didn't have to push nearly as hard at the end. My right shoe was feeling a little off.
