Hips before. Eccentric calf raises, 2x10 lunges f&b, 30 squats after.
10 min easy, 30s/15s/30s/15s/30s/30s fartlek with 1 min rests, 2.5 min easy.
Felt ok but the humidity and heat made it tough. My left hamstring may be getting a little tight so I'm keeping an eye on it.
