Notes

Lunge matrix (3) and hips before. Eccentric calf raises and 30 squats after.

Rough first post-race run. Everything is still stiff and I felt like I had to work pretty hard for just a 20 min run. This was also my first day in the progrid rides. The run went well as far as the shoes go, but I'm going to be working on lacing for a few days because they were pretty loose today.
