5 Lunge matrix before. Eccentric calf raises (bl), hips after.

4 strides.

Very humid run today. I let myself go too fast early and started to crash around 20 minutes. I tried my best to keep up my cadence but shorten strides which helped some. Tightening my shoes also helped compared to the last run.
