Lunge Matrix (5) before. Eccentric calf raises, 30 squats, hips after.

2 strides after the run.

Went out too fast and started losing it around 18min. I felt stiff and labored most of the way anyway. Apparently I took too much of a break after the race Saturday. The new shoes still feel good.
