Hips before. Eccentric calf raises, 2x10 lunges f&b, 30 squats after.
Felt tired and ran late, which always lead to a slow pace for me because I'm cautious about footing in the dark. I did an ok job keeping my cadence. I exercised the hips but forgot to stretch them before so they definitely felt off during the run. My left arch was a little sensitive so that bears watching in my no orthotics experiment.
