Saucony ProGrid ride 5 (#1)
5 LM before. Eccentric calf raises, 5 LM, 30 squats, hips after.
My left achilles is really sore. I focused on going slow with high turnover and my pace was definitely down. The soreness subsides during the run but comes back soon after.
