Thurs – Long-ish run of 7-9 miles. Let’s try to make this a weekly occurrence, as it will help drive up the mileage. If we can get the mileage in the 40 range for a while, we will really make some headway. HAPPY 2009!!! It’s a new year, this is where it all begins for your running, set some lofty goals and prepare to train hard to reach them (along with your other resolutions, of course, you don’t want to leave the family and all those other important life resolves!)
