Sat - Easy run, 5-7 miles, more if you took yesterday off, up to 9 miles. Keep it easy, as tomorrow we will do one last longish run.

Sun - Long run, 10-12 miles. It will only get easier from here on out until the marathon, so really try to get in the miles this week.
