Thurs Turkey DAY! Take it off if you are really busy, but if you can get a run in, do it, it makes you deserve the food you will consume and help it digest, it’s always painful on these holidays!
Fri – Easy 3-5 miles. I would like you to run today just to get the legs loose and the muscles ready for tomorrow (and to get all the calories out of the system!). Prepare mentally for the race
