Tues – You are now getting into the swing of less-days-off per week routine. That’s what we need, consistency. Run 6-8 miles today with 6 X 30 sec. pick-ups during run, maybe the intensity of the end of a 5k.

NURSING SHIN SPLINTS THAT I GOT DURING THE SNOWY CONDITIONS/INCREASED MILEAGE. COULDN'T DO PUSH PACE FOR FEAR OF AGGRIVATING THEM.
