Tues - Get in a 6-8 mile run today. Keep it easy and just get in the miles. I have noticed something about the pace on your runs: the pace seems to be the same, wheather it be 6 or 16 miles. Are you running the same pace for all of them? You should be going easy on the easy days and harder on the tempo or faster run days. The long run should be at a slower pace as well. How is your pace during a run? Start off fast and slow toward the end; start off easy and pick it up toward the end, etc, etc.
