Mon - if you took the last two days off, you should get in a run today. Try to avoid those multiple days off in a row if you can. Get in a moderate run today, 5-7 miles with some strides (6-8 X 100m) afterwards to get the legs turning over fast. I don't think you have done anything fast since then.
