Sat - Snowstorm Classsic 5k. Do what you want in the race, I'm not going to tell you what to do for a raceplan. So, if you want to go out fast, do it, or if you want to slowly crank up the pace, do what you will. Most of all, enjoy the race, these should be fun, have some hot cocoa and fruit after the race, it's a cool atmosphere. I would like you to get in more than just 3 miles today, so put in a couple of miles warm up and cool down, don't just run three miles and call it a day that's not enough, get in those miles!!!!
