Good run. Those trails are tough. I was very slow through technical portions. Killed my old feet! GPS shows 15.3 miles but race was 15.5 - GPS fooled by all the corners. Took a couple wrong turns, and some backtracking, but not too bad considering. Ran first 3 or 4 miles with Sam, but had to back off, then ran most of 2nd half of race with Haley. Sam won, I was 2nd, Haley 3rd. Good day.

Thank you, Rosi! It was fun, but those trails and all the sharp rocks killed my old feet! Haley was making fun of me for going so slow in the technical portions, but every step was painful in those sections - and scary too! Wish I was 30 again!
