Tough day. Foot hurt from start and gradually got worse, but arthritis not as bad as in Tri-Cities marathon. Minor stomach issues later that forced me to keep effort lower than I could have gone. I think I was a little dehydrated the last 3-4 miles; a little naseau. But overall, because of the foot issue and how it impacted preparation (no long runs), can't complain too much. Will try to take a couple weeks off then begin building for Portland and hope to have a faster day there!
