Notes
Didn't eat very well Saturday...just chicken sandwich, then chicken parmesan for dinner. Decided to run this one with no breakfast and no coffee.
Plan was to go out at a 9 min pace for the first 11 miles, then pick it up and run the last 2 or 3 faster than goal MP (though I'm still not sure what that should be). Pacing sucked. It's almost impossible to get Deanna to hold back at the beginning of a run.
Not eating a little bit of something was a bad idea. I felt sick the first 10 or 12 miles (thought I would have to throw up), but after we got into PWP, I started feeling a lot better.
Finished feeling good, last mile sub-8, and I felt like I could keep going.
